Our Services

With XGenCare, you’ll receive expert guidance and preparation for interviews, as well as ongoing support throughout your workdays. Our dedicated mentors are industry-specific, ensuring you receive knowledge and tailored guidance.

Support and Network

While staying in our lodgings services, you will receive support throughout your stay with us, including out of hours service. We work with our great partners to ensure that we deliver results that meet the needs of our community.

Supported Lodgings

Our main purpose is to provide a safe space for young people from various backgrounds trying to secure sustainable employment and reach independence. We do this through partnership and networking across different industries.

Independent Living Skills

While staying with us, you will receive support and guidance to discover ways to adapt your mindset and create more self awareness. Utilising holistic methods that enhance development and growth to build towards independence.

Progress Ahead

Get support with accessing work taster days, building up your self awareness, get the opportunity to take part in a two week work trial and goal setting. Along with the opportunity to practice interview techniques, CV and skills check.

Welcome to XGenCare, meet our Founder and Managing Director.

Deandra Smith

Founder & Managing Director

After spending more than nearly a decade working within education, international development and third sector. Deandra created XGenCare to support some of the most hidden talents in our society. Having built a reputation in youth engagement, working with care leavers, NEET, homeless and asylum seekers. Deandra engineered programs to build independent skills for when service users moved on. Inspired by working in partnership with grass root and charitable organisations over the years has inspired Deandra to set up and run her own service.
